Wayne Semprini is a lifelong resident of the greater Portsmouth area. He spent 35 years in the orthopedic industry, where he founded two successful orthopedic supply companies, and helped to reorganize and manage distribution for a major orthopedic manufacturer. Upon retiring from the medical device industry in 2007, he joined Olde Port Properties as a full time Realtor.
He has spearheaded the development of numerous commercial and residential properties in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. Most notable was the restoration of The Custom House, a historic Portsmouth landmark, located on the corner of Pleasant and State Streets.
Wayne has been very active in the Portsmouth and New Castle communities, sitting on various boards and serving as the New Castle School and Town Moderator for over 30 years. Along with being the former Chairman of the State Republican Party, he has played an active role in many state and national political activities, including chairing the 2007 Rudy Giuliani campaign. Sharing his love and involvement in the furtherance of the New Hampshire north country, Wayne serves as a member of the Plymouth State University President’s Advisory Council.
As a past commissioner on the New Hampshire Ballot Law Commission, former appointee to the New Hampshire Business Finance Authority, and a corporator at Piscataqua Savings Bank, Wayne brings tremendous institutional knowledge and experience. His vast knowledge of the Seacoast area, coupled with his passion for this community, serve to make him a natural advocate for Portsmouth and its surrounding communities. He is a great source of local history and information.
He and his Realtor wife of 43 years, Paulette, have two married sons and two adorable granddaughters. Wayne deals in both residential and commercial real estate and is always more than happy to sit down to discuss your needs as a buyer or opportunities as a seller.
