Returning home in 1996 after spending years in various parts of the world with her husband Jason while he served his country as a fighter pilot with the United States Air Force, Barbara jumped into the real estate business wholeheartedly becoming licensed both in New Hampshire and Maine.
Her background of 30+ years in sales and management formed a great foundation for her to build upon as Broker/Owner of Olde Port Properties. Barbara has owned and operated a 70 unit condominium resort in Ruidoso, New Mexico's, the 22 acre included a full service restaurant, art school and art gallery. She was one of two sales people at the inception of the Wentworth by the Sea residential development in New Castle, New Hampshire, a premier community of multi-million dollar properties built around the Historic Wentworth Hotel.
Her unique style has carried over to the people that she surrounds herself with. The office energy and team atmosphere are unmatched anywhere in the seacoast, highly competent creative and caring group. Barbara and her husband Jason, a 747 Captain with United Parcel Service who also holds a real estate license, currently reside in the Strawbery Banke area of Portsmouth with their adorable and unbelievably spoiled English Bull Dogs Peggy & Griffin. George Carlisle

George Carlisle and his wife, Susan, are both natives and lifelong residents of Portsmouth, NH. George joined Olde Port Properties after retiring from a very successful 30-year career as an executive in high tech printing and publishing. Known as a "turn-around specialist," George worked the last 16 years as President/CEO of three profitable international companies ranging from $50M to $300M.
George holds a BA degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and is a featured speaker on "Leadership" for a number of organizations and educational institutions. He recently joined the Board of Trustees of the Seacoast Repertory Theater and is a regular contributor to the Portsmouth Music Hall.
George specializes in both commercial and residential properties. He's completely "sold" on our seacoast area, and enjoys helping Buyers and Sellers achieve their goals.
John Kelly
After receiving his real estate license in 1980, John never looked back...from mortgage banking to appraising to brokerage, John's work experience encompasses the entire real estate process. John's many years of business experience assures you will receive outstanding service while meeting your individual real estate needs.
A Portsmouth resident since 1994, John came to the seacoast to enjoy all it has to offer. But, If one were to ask John what especially drew him here, it is his love of the sea and his remembrance of this former Coastguardsman's past "port of call ".
John's passions outside of real estate sales include, travel with his partner Aileen, American history, and "messing about" in small boats on the Piscatuqua River and back channels of Portsmouth.
John makes the process of buying and selling real estate fun! His energy and enthusiasm make him a pleasure to work with as well as an outstanding real estate resource.
Michaele Stephen

After graduating in 1992 with BS in Business and an AS in Retail Management Michaele went into various positions in the Property Management field. She worked at Century 21, Dover, NH as an Administrative Assistant in their Property Management division. After a couple years she moved on to a position as a floater for Julian LeCraw Company in Atlanta, Georgia working on several properties throughout the city as a floating Assistant Manager. In 1997 Michaele moved back to the Seacoast and worked on a rehabilitation project in Portsmouth, NH renovating and renting out several units with a Greentree Property Mangement out of Boston, MA.
Michaele decided to make a career change and went to work in 1998 as the Assistant to the CEO, President and CFO of Business Express Airlines until their acquisition by American Eagle in 2001. This experience opened up the door to a position as a personal assistant to Paul Montrone of Fisher Scientific in Hampton, NH. After working in the Executive Assistant postions Michaele decided to take all of her experience and use it towards becoming a full time Realtor.
Now residing in Dover, NH with her six year old son Jacob Michaele has combined all the experiences in Property Management and Executive Assisting into the past 6 years as a successful full time Realtor. Michaele recieves a great amount of joy in helping assist people in finding their dream home. She especially enjoys working with and educating first time home buyers and following the process beginning to a successful end. This is without a doubt the most satisfying of all jobs.
